There are numerous recipes, each Nation tends to personalize it with its own ingredients and according to its palate, but the real pinsa pizza is characterized by a dough prepared with a few simple ingredients: 4 different flours, oil, water, salt and sourdough.
Try the mix between wild mushroom and truffle!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pinsa Romana Crust

  • 1 Cup Pinsarella white truffle and mushroom mix

  • 1 Cup Mozzarella

  • 1 tablespoon Evo Oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Grab our Pre baked Pinsa Romana Crust.
  • Put the white truffle and mushroom mix evenly over the base, leaving the raised edge uncovered.
