There are numerous recipes, each Nation tends to personalize it with its own ingredients and according to its palate, but the real pinsa pizza is characterized by a dough prepared with a few simple ingredients: 4 different flours, oil, water, salt and sourdough.
Try this true calabrian spicy tradition on your pizza!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pinsa Romana Crust

  • 1 jar Crushed Calabrian Chilli Pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Evo Oil

Directions

  • Grab our Pre baked Pinsa Romana Crust.
  • Spread the oil all over the base.
  • Put the crushed calabrian chilli pepper evenly over the base, leaving the raised edge uncovered.
  • Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Once the pinsa is cooked (it should be lightly browned and crisp around the edges and underneath), cut into slices, put on a plate and serve.
