Try this traditional italian spicy sauce called “Sugo” on your Pinsa!

Ingredients

  • 2 2 Pinsa Romana Crust

  • 1 jar 1 “Sugo” sauce

  • 20 oz 20 capers

  • 20 oz 20 Anchovies

  • 1 tablespoon 1 Evo Oil

Directions

  • Grab our Pre baked Pinsa Romana Crust.
  • Put the tomatoes sauce evenly over the base, leaving the raised edge uncovered.
  • Spread the oil all over the base.
  • Top the base with anchovies and capers.
  • Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Once the pinsa is cooked (it should be lightly browned and crisp around the edges and underneath)
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then scatter the basil over the top, cut into slices, put on a plate and serve.

Notes

  • You can add some black olives and a pinch of oregan to add an extra layer of flavour to the Italian spicy italian sauce pizza recipe.
