Try this traditional italian spicy sauce called “Sugo” on your Pinsa!
Ingredients
2 2 Pinsa Romana Crust
1 jar 1 “Sugo” sauce
20 oz 20 capers
20 oz 20 Anchovies
1 tablespoon 1 Evo Oil
Directions
- Grab our Pre baked Pinsa Romana Crust.
- Put the tomatoes sauce evenly over the base, leaving the raised edge uncovered.
- Spread the oil all over the base.
- Top the base with anchovies and capers.
- Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Once the pinsa is cooked (it should be lightly browned and crisp around the edges and underneath)
- Let cool for a few minutes, then scatter the basil over the top, cut into slices, put on a plate and serve.
Notes
- You can add some black olives and a pinch of oregan to add an extra layer of flavour to the Italian spicy italian sauce pizza recipe.
