Make at home this traditional Italian recipe with traditional Italian sauce “sugo“  home made Tomatoes sauce , capers, anchovies and Evo oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup 1 Puttanesca Sauce

  • ½ ½ Crushed Garlic clove

  • 2 teaspoon 2 extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon 1 finely chopped red chilli

  • 8 8 Anchovies

  • 0.5 oz 0.5 Capers

  • 1 cup 1 Oregano

Directions

  • Grab our Pre baked Pinsa Romana Crust
  • Spread the Puttanesca Sauce evenly over the base, leaving the raised edge uncovered. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed garlic with 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil and mix well. Drizzle evenly over the base.
  • Scatter over the chopped red chilli evenly. Put the anchovies on the base and scatter the capers evenly over the pizza.
  • Cook it for 5-7 minutes
  • Once the pinsa is cooked (it should be lightly browned and crisp around the edges and underneath), cut into slices, put on a plate and serve, sprinkled with the fresh oregano.
