Vegetarian Roman Pizza Recipe

To enjoy a pizza while paying attention to an Healty Diet, an excellent solution is the vegetarian option, easy and quick to prepare even at home. Vegetarian pizza can be prepared in many different ways, we decided to use only Zucchini and Cherry tomatoes, but you can follow your personal taste in choosing the vegetables you love the most to get all the taste and flavor of this light and healthy pizza.

If you do not have time or desire to prepare the pizza dough at home, you can use our ready-made pizza dough. If, on the other hand, you want to make your vegetarian pizza entirely with your hands, start preparing the dough at least a 24 hours before baking, in order to allow a good leavening.

Ingredients

  • 4 Pcs Prebaked Pinsarella Dough

  • 20 Oz Zuccchini

  • 20 Oz Yellow or Red Cherry Tomatoes

  • 20 Oz Mozzarella Cheese

  • 4 Tablespoon EVO Oil

  • 2 Tablespoon of Dried Oregano

Directions

  • The first thing to do to make a vegetarian pizza is to wash and dry the zucchini and cut in thin slices lengthwise
  • Grill the sliced Zucchini on a hot iron pan and add salt. Place the vegetables in a bowl and add the oil.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, then Arrange all the vegetables on the pizza, add the mozzarella, cheese, a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt, some oregano and a sprinkle of black pepper.
  • Cook in oven at 230 ° for about 5/7 minutes. When the dough is nice and crunchy, remove from the oven and serve hot.

  • Vegetarian pizza is perfect to be prepared in all seasons and to offer a delicious meatless alternative, suitable for all tastes and equally tasty, to your menu.
  • To prevent the pizza from sticking to the pan during cooking, remember to line it with oven paper and grease it with a good dose of oil before placing the dough.
